• 2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 50 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 24 oz. beef or veggie broth
  • 32 oz. (or more) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 6 C dry noodles
  • shredded cheese

Combine all, except pasta and cheese, in slow cooker.  Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Cook pasta. Serve beef mix over the pasta and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
