Beef-a-Roni
- 2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 T minced garlic
- 50 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 24 oz. beef or veggie broth
- 32 oz. (or more) frozen mixed vegetables
- 6 C dry noodles
- shredded cheese
Combine all, except pasta and cheese, in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Cook pasta. Serve beef mix over the pasta and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
