No-Bake Energy Bars
- 3 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup chopped dates
- 1 1/2 cups all-natural creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3 Tbs vanilla extract
- chia seeds (optional)
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Drop by heaping tablespoons on wax paper. Wrap each bar and store in freezer.
