Blueberry Vinaigrette
- 1/2 C blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 C apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 C honey
- 6 T olive oil
In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
